Donald Trump is about to return to the White House. He became famous for building a border wall between the United States and Mexico during his last term. He has made immigration one of the main themes of his campaign and has vowed to launch the most powerful deportation operation in the history of the United States after taking office.

The Chinese "illegal immigrants" community in the United States, especially the "conscripts" (males of military age, the main target group of Trump's crackdown on Chinese illegal immigrants) or their families are highly sensitive to this. Immigration lawyers and human rights groups are also deeply concerned about this issue.

Experts say that after a record number of immigrants come to the United States, issues such as how immigrants face legal challenges and the overall mental health of the immigrant community will be entangled in the "Trump 2.0" era.

In fact, after arriving in the United States, the asylum seekers do face multiple legal challenges.
